The Hardest Word - What Happened and Why

I promised someone who wrote to me that I would have this up last weekend. It didn't really work out because of the server problems. It's probably for the best because it gave me time to revise it. The episode is hard enough to understand, the explanation should be a little clearer. If all goes well, I'll have it up Sunday - my Sunday afternoon.
