Wil Johnson on DVD

Wil Johnson is Detective Inspector Spencer Jordan. Spence was voted the Cold Case Squad's master of the deadpan delivery because he has this way of cutting through the muck that is dished out so very often by the witnesses and suspects who pass through the squad's interview room. Spence cares about his job and stands in contrast to his boss, in that he is much more likely to bristle at breaking the rules. He is loyal to Boyd and all of the squad, but he does not shrink away from insisting that the bottom line is the integrity of the case. Most often teamed up with Detective Constable (later Sargent) Mel Silver, Spence tends to play something of the protective older brother role for Mel.

Lively Wil Johnson seems to be a far cry from often somber Spence Jordan. In many of his other roles, Wil lets his hair loose, so to speak. Actually in a few roles, he sports long dreadlocks which might give the closely cropped Spencer Jordan something to think about.
